“Do DJs need managers?”

No-one knows if managers will really ever become redundant, though in some cases that would be a good thing . But what every professional wants to know is how to build a purposeful, fulfilling and profitable career. Do DJs Need Managers will feature a constructive and inspirational conversation between a group of experts aimed at empowering anyone and everyone involved in the brave new world of 360 degree creativity, allowing them to take control of their careers and pursue the many opportunities that are available in this digital, globalised and connected age.
The last 15 minutes of the session will be run as a workshop with a case study featuring a DJ alongside the panelists, interacting with the audience to offer suggestions as to how the DJ should respond to a specific business situation; considering issues such as legal aspects, touring, marketing, licensing and dare we say it... the artistic dynamic.
